The Navy Band Southeast’s Brass Quintet will present “Sounds of the Season” during a concert Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the historic Temple Theatre in downtown Meridian. The concert is free and open to the public. The Quintet performs musical styles ranging from traditional brass quintet literature to patriotic fare, Broadway hits and the popular music of today. They have performed at myriad military ceremonies, official receptions, public concerts and schools throughout the Southeast region. They also have an educational program specifically designed for elementary-aged children.
