    Graveside services for Maxie Warren Nix will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Springbank Cemetery, with the Rev. Justin Olvey officiating. Phillips Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

    Mr. Nix, 72, of Silas, Ala., died Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2015, at Choctaw General Hospital in Butler, Ala.

    Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to the service at the cemetery.
