Beverly E. Meredith

    Beverly E. Meredith, 71, went to be with her Lord and Savior Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2015, from Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. A private family service will be held at a later date.

    Ms. Meredith was born in Meridian to the late Lawrence and Muriel Webster Leflore. She was a homemaker and longtime resident of Meridian who enjoyed reading, cooking and working in her yard. Ms. Meridith was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother and she was a faithful parishioner of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Meridian.

    Survivors include her sons, Gerald (Yolanda) Meredith of Montgomery, Ala., Wendell (Shuntina) Meredith of Jackson and special sons, Eric Shepard and Michael Fox; grandchildren, Areaun Leverette, Kayla Meredith, Cameron Meredith, Taylor Meredith and Raven Williams; great grandchild, Aoki Leverette. She is also survived by two faithful companions, her dogs “Debo” and “Big Boy”.
