Meridian Police Department
The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8:44 a.m. Friday and 8:43 a.m. Monday:
• False pretense – Tony Cooper 88, 36, 4678 David Newell Road, Meridian.
• Disorderly conduct/Failure to obey law enforcement officer – Tedter L. Evans, 32, 4603 Arthur St., Meridian
• Driving Under the Influence (DUI), first offense – Antonio Williams, 38, 1735 35th Ave., Meridian. Williams also faces charges for driving with a suspended license and failure to exhibit driver’s license on demand.
Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department
The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests between 8:44 a.m. Friday and 8:43 a.m. Monday:
• Driving Under the Influence (DUI), first offense – David L. Bolden, 33, 628 Heritage St., A102, Newton.
• DUI, first offense – Alberto Andrade Cerecedo, 25, 1230 Sheffield St., Butler, Ala. Cerecedo also faces charges for careless driving and violation of seatbelt law.
• DUI, first offense – Tyrone Griffin, 44, 2525 36th St., Meridian. Griffin also faces charges for careless driving and violation of seatbelt law.
• Petit larceny, up to $1,000 – Daniel B. Guthrie, 50, 5917 Highway 145 S., Meridian.
• Robbery – Ashley Brooke Harrell, 27, 2126 Grand Ave., Meridian.
• Disturbance in a public place – James Leggett, 45, 8565 County Road 420, Meridian.
• DUI, first offense – Christian Michael Oliver, 27, 3475 B. Paulding Road, Meridian. Oliver also faces charges for careless driving and violation of insurance card in vehicle law.
• Possession of paraphernalia – Anthony Scott Robinson, 41, 3452 Yachtsman Drive, Toomsuba. Robinson also faces a charge for resisting arrest.
• DUI, first offense – Jeffery Marcell Sims, 36, 504 County Road 514, Meridian.
• Possession of paraphernalia – Brittany Nicole Warren, 25, 4535 Highway 19 North, Meridian.
• Possession of paraphernalia – Shirley Nichols Warren, 62, 3452 Yachtsman Drive, Toomsuba.
