Scruggs

    Investigators with the Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department arrested Timothy L. Scruggs of Meridian Monday on rape charges.

    Scruggs, 51, has been charged with one count of rape and two counts of sexual assault, according to Lauderdale County Chief Deputy Ward Calhoun,

    He is currently being held in the Lauderdale County Detention Facility, where he has a total bond set at $150,000, Calhoun said.
