Meridian native receives Kappa Alpha Psi service award

- Meridian native Jeff Sloan (center) was presented with the Earl T. Tildon Service Award by 2014 winners Derek Walls (left) and Steven Larson. Sloan is the Global Trade Compliance Manager for ThermoFisher Scientific. He earned a bachelor's degree in management at Jackson (Miss.) State University where he joined Kappa Alpha Psi in November 1986.
A Meridian native has earned a prestigious Kappa Alpha Psi award.
Jeffrey Sloan has been granted the Eart T. Tildon Service Award by the Winter Park (Fla.) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.
Sloan is the Global Trade Compliance Manager for ThermoFisher Scientific. He earned a bachelor’s degree in management at Jackson (Miss.) State University where he joined Kappa Alpha Psi in November 1986.
The chapter, which has focused on community service in Central Florida since its 1992 inception, presented the awards at the Winter Park Farmers Market. Details on the awards and each honoree, listed below, are available at www.winterparkkappas.com.
