    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8:44 a.m. Friday and 8:43 a.m. Monday:

    • Shoplifting – Jennifer L. Mollett, 44, 1327 CR 311, Enterprise.

    • Shoplifting – Kenneth Mollett, 46, 1327 CR 311, Enterprise.

    • Child support failure to pay – Gregory Paul Blanchard, 48, 3812 12th St., Meridian.

    • Burglary, commercial building, cars, etc. – Charles E. Bracken Jr., 28, 4608 37th St., Bailey.

    • Burglary, dwelling house – Emanuel Jermarkith Burns, 33, 1111 22nd Ave., Meridian.

    • Fleeing, felony – Ashley V. Johnson, born in 1992, 2701 12th Ave., Meridian.

    • Shoplifting – Kristel S. Johnson, born in 1973, 5112 Druid Lane, Meridian.

    • Shoplifting – Ciara Amerson, born in 1994, 514 Old Country Club Drive, Meridian.

    • Driving under the influence (DUI) – Richard Moore, born in 1967, 3717 Highland Ave., Meridian. Moore is also charged with possession of marijuana.

    • Disorderly conduct – Billy Mathis, born in 1963, 727 Myrtle Drive, Meridian.

    • Possession of marijuana – Javeon Davis, born in 1996, 2305 D St., Meridian.

    • Shoplifting – Lakisha D. Tucker, born in 1989, 2522 6th Ave., Meridian.

    • Shoplifting – Ruby Norman, born in 1993, 2508 6th Ave., Meridian.

    • DUI – James M. Leeroy, born in 1992, 3174 County Road.

    • Simple assault – Gernoshi T. Timmons, born in 1988, 2015 Mosby Road.

    • Public drunk – Jeffery Neal, born in 1974, 1147 Sandflat Road.

    • Escaping custody – Lawalter Mitchell, born in 1987, 506 Front Street. Mitchell is also charged with giving false information.

    • DUI – Alesia F. Aedin, born in 1960, 7925 Van Zyverden Road.

    • Shoplifting – Zachary Fleming, born in 1997, 2305 Crabapple Drive.

    • Shoplifting – Tomasene Gamble-Walt, born in 1955, 10636 CR 44.

    • Simple assault – Ivory Edwards, born in 1983, 3010 9th Street.

    • Disorderly conduct – Kami Marshall, born in 1992, 3010 9th Street. Marshall is also charged with public profanity and resisting arrest.

    • Disorderly conduct – Timeka Wilson, born in 1980, 3010 9th Street. Wilson is also charged with public profanity.

    • Disorderly conduct – Deniae Collier, born in 1990. Collier is also charged with public profanity.

    • Disorderly conduct – Lashonda Edwards, born in 1985, 2223 16th Ave., Meridian. Edwards is also charged with public profanity.

    • DUI – Willandrius Trotter, born in 1980, 1000 38th Ave., Meridian.

Commercial Burglary

    • 4500 block of Eighth Street, Meridian.

    • 600 block of Martin Luther King Drive, Meridian.

 

Residential Burglaries

    • 1800 block of 30th Avenue, Meridian.

    • 2500 block of 52nd Street, Meridian.

Robbery

    • 4900 block of Poplar Springs Drive, Meridian.

Shootings

    • 3600 block of 15th Street, Meridian.

    • 1500 block of 35th Avenue

     Meridian police responded to 17 shots-fired calls. Officers were unable to find evidence to support the calls.

Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests between 8:44 a.m. Friday and 8:43 a.m. Monday:

    • Possession of marijuana, vehicle – Joshua Troy Brown, 20, 4434 Camp Binachi, Meridian.

    • Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute – Antonio Demonde Butler, 24, 114 CR 64, Moundville, Ala.

    • Failure to appear (justice court) – Johnny Ray Darden, 32, 219 Casson Road, Porterville. Darden is also charged with probation violation/parole.

    • Probation violation/parole – Ivory Rico Edwards, 31, 3010 9th St., Meridian.

    • DUI, first offense – Chasity Nichole Floyd, 23, 857 CR 373, Enterprise. Floyd is also charged with careless driving.

    • Child support failure to pay, four counts – William K. Glenn, 45, 523 36th Ave., Meridian.

    • DUI, second offense – Jibruan Anward Hampton, 36, 1318 19th St., Meridian.

    • DUI, first offense – Jonathan D. Jones, 32, 10313 B Shields Road, Meridian.

    • DUI, first offense – Reginald Damon Jones, 30, 2704 Valley Road Lot 20, Meridian. Jones is also charged with running a red light, driving without a license, violation of insurance card in vehicle law and seat-belt law violation.

    • DUI, first offense – Kathleen McShan, 27, 2019 44th Ave., Meridian. McShan is also charged with improper equipment, careless driving, driving without a license and violation of insurance card in vehicle law.

    • DUI, first offense – Scott Mikeal Mitchell, 20, 1719 Hwy 19, Meridian. Mitchell is also charged with no liability insurance, driving without a license and seat-belt law violation.

    • DUI, first offense – Eddie C. Ruttley, 48, 4732 JW Reynolds Road, Lauderdale.

    • Simple assault, causing bodily injury – Steven Lee Stewart, 31, 9865 Westwood Road, Meridian. Stewart is also charged with willful trespassing and failure to appear (justice court).

    • DUI, felony – Marcus Deshawn Wright, 40, 4401 40th Ave., Meridian.

    • Domestic violence, felony – Justin Maurice Williams, 26, 2427 4th Ave., Meridian. Williams is also charged with disorderly conduct and escape.

Mississippi Bureau            of Narcotics

    The Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics reported the following arrests between 8:44 a.m. Friday and 8:43 a.m. Monday:

    • Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute – Devin Martez Quinzy, 23, 107 Avalea Drive, Moundville, Ala.

    • Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute – Trevin Lamar Wilson, 22, 64 Emerald Lane, Moundville, Ala.
