    Three separate athletes of the Meridian Swim Associated recoreded personal best times at the Short Course State Swimming Chmapinships held in Tupelo.

    Olivia Mathews earned a ninth place finish in the 10-and under in the girls 200 free. Megan Heggie, of the 11-12-year olds, earned an eighth place finish in the 1,000 free and 50 breast, and an 11th place finish in the 200 free, and Nick Gozkowicz, of the 17-19-year olds, eanred a seventh place finish in the 100 back and a ninth place finish in the 200 free.
