Danny and Lynda Ethridge of Union will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary today, Sunday, Jan. 25, 2015. The couple have three children: Angelia, wife of Jimmie Garrard of Mandeville, La., Sue, wife of Jimmy Owens of Sioux City, Iowa, and Russell and Karen Ethridge of Plano, Texas; and four grandchildren. Danny is a retired pastor and Lynda is a retired rural mail carrier.
