    Graveside services for Lonnie W. Smith will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Erin Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Bro. Ed Dickerson will officiate. Milling Funeral Home of Union is in charge of arrangements.

    Mr. Smith, 76, of Union died Monday, Dec. 15, 2014 at Queen City Nursing Center of Meridian.

    Survivors include his wife, Betty Smith of Union; two daughters, Angie Bryan and Tim Stanford of Hickory and Jana Smith of Union; three sons, Mike Smith and wife Jolene of Decatur, Mark Smith and wife Donna of Union and Bobby Smith and wife Ann of Union; one brother, James “Catfish” Smith and wife Dorothy of Union; two sisters, Margene Mitchell and husband Clifton of Orange, Texas; Elaine Rigdon and husband Glen of Little Rock; six granddaughters and three grandsons; three great granddaughters and two great grandsons.

    Pallbearers will be his sons and grandsons
