    Services for Doris Adeline Sellers Covington will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at DeSoto Baptist Church with Rev. Keith Yelverton officiating. Burial will take place in Odd Fellows Cemetery.

    Mrs. Covington, 88, of Shubuta, died Sept. 28, 2014 at St. Dominic Hospital, Jackson. She was born Sept. 25, 1926 to Rufus and Geneva Sellers in Clarke County.

    Survivors include her brother-in-law, Roper Covington and brother-in-law, George Covington; sister-in-law, Dorothy Coulter and special friend, Al Gage.

    She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Bryan Covington; father, Rufus Sellers and mother, Geneva Sellers.

    Visitation will be held Wednesday from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at DeSoto Baptist Church, Shubuta.

    Pallbearers will be Dick Younger, Chip Shepherd, Jim Riley, Bud Gilbert, Ben Owen, Johnny Covington, Steven Covington, and Tom Covington.
