• Shoplifting — Roshanda R. Emerson, 30, 813 42nd Ave., Meridian.

Residential Burglary
• At 11:00 a.m., police responded to a burglary in the 1400 block of 24th Avenue. Entry was gained through a door.
The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Tuesday.
• Public drunk — Marvin D. Brown, 44, 8205 Barnhill Road, Meridian.
• Probation violation — Demetric R. Donald, 25, 122 Therman Jolasun Road, Preston.
• DUI — Robert L. Harper, 61, 246 Harper Road, Meridian.
• Possession of controlled substance — Laci B. Maxwell, 22, 2279 Highway 19 S., Meridian.
