Mr. Swink, Miss Adcock

    Scott and Vicki Adcock of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Erin, to Addison Swink, son of Brad Swink and Angela Tharp of Meridian.

    The wedding will be Saturday, June 1, 2013, at 7 p.m., at the home of Dr. and Mrs. Pat Sprabery.

    Miss Adcock is the granddaughter of Don and Ruth Edwards of Meridian and Hugh and Elwynna Adcock of Kansas.

    The bride-elect is is a graduate of Clarkdale High School. She is currently in the nursing program at Meridian Community College.    

    While attending MCC, she is a member of Phi Theta Kappa honor society, the Organization of Student Nurses and Baptist Student Union.

    Miss Adcock is employed by Meridian Community College.    

    Mr. Swink is the grandson of Gary and Midge Swink of Humboldt, Tenn., Joyce Harper of Paragould, Ark., and Richard and Faye Hollingsworth of Meridian.    

    The bridegroom-elect is a 2012 graduate of Meridian Community College with an associate of applied sciences degree in physical therapy assistant. He currently attends Mississippi State University, where he is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration. He is also a graduate of Southeast Lauderdale High School.

    While attending MCC, he was a member of Phi Theta Kappa, Baptist Student Union, and HO        

    Mr. Swink is employed by Anderson Regional Medical Center and Mississippi Air National Guard.    

    A reception will be held at the home of Dr. and Mrs. Pat Sprabery.
