The city of Meridian and the Meridian Main Street Landscape Committee are installing planters downtown. Committee member and master gardener Peachie Saxon is among volunteers who planted flowers in planters at Dumont Plaza on Thursday. There are five planters at Dumont Plaza, one in front of the Main Street office and four at City Hall.
