• Attempt to obtain controlled substance by fraud — Viva M. Lee, 37, 768 Lake St., Meridian.
• Public drunk — Larry H. Pierce Jr., 33, 3302 Railroad St., Meridian.
• DUI — Robert J. Warren, 27, 1611 6th Ave., Meridian.
• Possession of controlled substance — Kaycee L. Williams, 31, 825 Mt. Moriah Rd., Livingston, AL.
• Possession of controlled substance — Rex Williams, 42, 2425 25th Ave., Meridian.

• Failure to appear in justice court — Shad B. Clackum, 37, 1111 West PUshmataha, Butler, AL.
