Alecia Crawford, chapter manager of the American Red Cross of East Central Mississippi, was a guest speaker at the Meridian Civitan Club’s meeting on Tuesday. The East Central Mississippi Chapter serves residents in the counties of Jones, Wayne, Smith, Jasper, Clarke, Scott, Newton, Lauderdale, Leake, Neshoba, Kemper, Attala, Winston, Noxubee, and Choctaw. The chapter’s HEROES Campaign, a volunteer-led, community-based fundraising and awareness event, began March 1, and continues through May 1.
