    Graveside services for James E. “Sonny” Wright Sr. will be held today, at 10:30 a.m., at Toomsuba Cemetery with Dr. Reid Whittington officiating. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

    Mr. Wright, 91, of Toomsuba, died Wednesday, April 4, 2012, at Anderson Regional Medical Center. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

    Survivors include his wife, Joyce Chumley Wright; sons: Joseph Leander Wright (Louise), and James Everett Wright II (Jerri); grandchildren: Andy, Joey, and Lisa Wright, Jake Wright, Josh Wright, Jessica Washington, Greg Chumley, and Ed Chumley; and, six great-grandchildren.

    He was preceded in death by his first wife, Annie Laura “Bebe” Wright.
