Keith Lovett and Alvin Smith have been fishing together for quite some time now and have proven to be the team to beat on the Lee’s tournament trail again this year. For the second year in a row this dynamic duo beat a very talented group of fishermen to win the coveted Angling Team of the Year prize. Winning any tournament is a feat in itself among such a group, but to consistently finish at or near the top of each tournament over the course of a year is even more difficult. In addition to performing at a high level over the course of the year, the team also registered the lunker of the year which weighed in at 6.09 pounds!

    The team of Jeff Collum and Steve Grace had the most Big Fish wins for the year winning Lunker honors in 2 tournaments. This Saturday the top teams on the tournament trail will be competing in the year end classic for Classic Championship and a slice of the Classic Payout. The Classic site will be announced Thursday night at Lee’s Bait and Tackle Store’s Pre-tournament meeting and year end Champions Dinner.
