2 killed in separate crashes

A Jackson man died in a one-vehicle accident on U.S. Highway 49 in Hinds County.
Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol Cpl. Odis Easterling tells The Clarion-Ledger (http://bit.ly/qzFdhs) 45-year-old Ronald Hunter was driving his car southbound about 5:35 p.m. Sunday when his lost control of the vehicle, ran off the left side of the road, where it collided with a culvert in the median and flipped.
Easterling said the vehicle landed upside down in the northbound lane, and Hunter was ejected.
Earlier Sunday, 61-year-old John P. Lee of Vicksburg was killed in a motorcycle accident in Warren County.
Easterling says Lee was attempting to pass a vehicle on Mississippi 465 when he lost control, ran off the left side of the road, where he collided with an embankment.
