PHILADELPHIA – Services for Stephanie Ann Vaughn will be held today, at 10 a.m., at Bogue Chitto Baptist Church with Rev. Doby Henry officiating. John E. Stephens Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
    Miss Vaughn, 31, of Philadelphia, died Thursday, July 7, 2011, at Anderson Regional Medical Center.
