    Lindsay Marie Atkins of  San Antonio, Texas, and    William Stanton Lauderdale of Meridian were married Saturday, April 9, 2011, at the Don Strange Ranch in Welfare, Texas, with the Rev. Russell Patterson officiating.

    Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Edward Atkins of San Antonio and Dr. and Mrs. James A. Lauderdale III of Meridian.    

    Grandparents of the bride are Mr. Charles Lindsay and the late Pilar Lindsay of El Paso, Texas, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Albert Atkins of Nocona, Texas.

    Grandparents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Robert F. Stanton of Monticello, Fla., the late Ann Smith Stanton of Tchula, and the late Dr. and Mrs. J. A. Lauderdale Jr. of Meridian.

    Music for the ceremony was provided by The Sonja Gary Strings.

    The bride was given in marriage by her father.        Maid of honor was Amanda Hull of San Antonio.

    Other attendants were Beth Lindsay of El Paso, Sydney Lindsay of Austin, Texas, Megan Siercks of Houston, Texas, and Sarah Lindsay, Stacy Tison and Kristen Zettner of San Antonio.

    Addison Atkins was flower girl.

    Jim Lauderdale of Meridian was best man.

    Groomsmen and ushers were Wil Crawford and Camp Murphy of Flowood, Bradley Futch of Ridgeland, Chris Jeffares of Grand Junction, Colo., Bo Murphy of Brandon, and J. Lauderdale of Orange Beach, Ala.

    Breyton Atkins, Aiden Atkins and Corban Atkins of Katy, Texas, were ring bearers.

    Program attendants were Berry Johnson, Charles Lindsay III, Logan Lindsay, Riley Lindsay and Joshua Lindsay.    

    A reception was held at the Don Strange Ranch following the ceremony.

    After a honeymoon in Turks and Caicos, the couple resides in San Antonio.
