Mr. and Mrs. Stan Burton of Ellisville announce the engagement of their daughter, Elise Lorraine, to Jacob Martin Graham, son of Drs. Bobby Graham and Sharon Martin of Jackson. 

    The wedding will be Saturday, March 12, 2011, at 5 p.m., at First Baptist Church of Laurel. 

    Miss Burton is the granddaughter of Mrs. Leola Burton of Little Rock and the late Mr. Ivan Burton, and Mrs. Eleanor Warnick of Union and the late Dr. Rex Warnick.

    The bride-elect graduated from William Carey University with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. Miss Burton is currently a third-year student at the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry. She is a graduate of South Jones High School.

    Mr. Graham is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Graham Sr. of Toomsuba and Mrs. Eva Jo Graham of Meridian, and Mr. and Mrs. E.B. Martin of Jackson. 

    The bridegroom-elect graduated from Mississippi College with a bachelor’s degree in biology. Mr. Graham is a fourth-year student at University of Mississippi School of Medicine and plans to enter an internal medicine residency in July. He is a graduate of Jackson Academy.

    A reception will be held at the Laurel Train Depot.

    Family and friends are invited to attend.
