William H. Wall

    NEWTON – Graveside services for William “Bunk” H. Wall will be held today, at 3 p.m., at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery near Hero. Newton County Funeral Home North is in charge of arrangements.

    Mr. Wall, 89 of Newton, died Thursday, Feb. 17, 2011, at Specialty Hospital in Meridian. Mr. Wall enjoyed spending time with his family, and he enjoyed hunting.

    Survivors include one daughter, Debbie White (Mike); one granddaughter, Julianna White; two sisters: Sarah Jo Harris (William) and Donnie Lee Todd; one brother-in-law, Lon Douglas; and, two sisters-in-law: Earline Wall and Dorothy Wall.

    He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Julia Ann Wall; his wife, Lona Frances “Diane” Wall; two brothers: John T. Wall and Frank Wall Jr.; one sister, Kathleen Douglas; and, one brother-in-law, Frank Todd.

    Pallbearers will be Tommy Wall, Allen Wall, Jack Douglas, Mike Harris, Mark Harris, Bruce Todd, Ronnie Todd, Kenny Todd, Randy Wall and Roger Wall. 

    Honorary pallbearers are Steve Grace, Bill Cornish, Mark Cornish, Johnathan Douglas, Trent Hughes and Jack Ryburn.
