    Services for Alene Wright will be held Wednesday, at 1 p.m., at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. Wayne Edwards and Bill Webb officiating. Burial will be in Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

    Mrs. Wright, 70, of Meridian, died Sunday, Nov. 14, 2010, at Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Midway Baptist Church. Mrs. Wright kept children in her home for over 40 years and will be remembered for the love she had for her family.

    Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Hubert Wright of Meridian; son, Captain Keith   Wright of Meridian; daughter, Debbie Adams and her husband, Kevin of Collinsville; grandchildren: Devin Adams and Ashley Adams.

    Pallbearers will be Devin Adams, L.J. Patterson, Jimmy Breedlove, Rod Ezelle, Kenneth Adams, Jeff Palmer, Jeff Lane, Charlie Turner and Sam Burton.

    Visitation will be held today, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.
