    Graveside services for L. J. Neal will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at East Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Les Roberts officiating. Wright’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

    Mr. Neal, 79, of Quitman, died Tuesday, August 10, 2010, at his residence.

    Survivors include his wife, Estelle Neal of Quitman; son, Donny Neal and Vonnie of Meridian; daughter, Janice Boykin and Randy Gilbert of Quitman; stepsons, Paul Schrimpshire and Michael Schrimpshire, both of Quitman; stepdaughters, Sarah Beckman and Angie Nichols, both of Quitman; grandchildren, Chad Boykin, Brigit Rogers and Dea’ Dyson; great-grandchildren, Brittany Roberson, Danielle Roberson, Victoria Boykin, Austin Boykin, Hunter Boykin, Phallioan Dyson and Ally Morgan Dyson; 18 step grandchildren; 45 step great-grandchildren; brothers, Charles Neal of Meridian and Benny Neal of Quitman; sister, Carolyn Robinson of Meridian; and several nieces and nephews.

    Visitation will be today, after 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
