Louis and Bernice Bernard

    Louis and Bernice Bernard will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a party on August 7th at 4 p.m. at Hill Country Community Trailer Park Club House in Meridian, where they currently reside. For more than 20 years of their marriage they lived in Elgin, Okla. They have three children, Mike Bernard, Ronna Corrente and Donna Patterson; eight grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Louis Bernard and the former Bernice Williams exchanged wedding vows August 5, 1950, in Fletcher, Okla. Mr. Bernard retired from both Military and Civil Service. Mrs. Bernard worked for the Elgin public schools and as a homemaker.
