Mrs. Glenda Kopf of Meridian announces the engagement of her daughter, Jessica Kopf, to Brad Cornett, son of Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Cornett of Hattiesburg. Miss Kopf is also the daughter of the late Mr. Chuck Kopf.

    The wedding will be Saturday, April 24, 2010, at 6 p.m. at Temple Baptist Church, East Campus in Hattiesburg.

    Miss Kopf is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Smith of Meridian and the late Ms. Rebecca Cooley of Meridian.

    The bride-elect is a graduate of the University of South Alabama, where she received a master’s degree in occupational therapy. She received a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from the University of Southern Mississippi, and she is a graduate of Meridian High School.

    While attending the University of Southern Mississippi, Miss Kopf was a member of Phi Mu sorority.

    Miss Kopf is employed by Wesley Medical Center in Hattiesburg.

    Mr. Cornett is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Stonewall Snowden of Hattiesburg and Mrs. Mary Cornett and the late Mr. Curtis C. Cornett of Hattiesburg.

    The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Presbyterian High School. He attended the University of Southern Mississippi.

    Mr. Cornett is employed by Old Athens Grill in Hattiesburg.

    A reception will be held at the Historic Downtown Train Depot in Hattiesburg.
