    Services for Blake Richardson will be held Monday, Feb. 1, 2010, at 11 a.m. at Union United Methodist Church with Rev. Len McRaney and Rev. Claude Fleming officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery with Stephens Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

    Mr. Richardson, 84, of Union, died Friday, Jan. 29, 2010, at Rush Foundation Hospital in Meridian.

    He is survived by his wife, Lillie Richardson of Union; son, Dr. Randy Richardson of Oxford and numerous nieces and nephews.

    He is preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Verna Richardson; brothers, Burdett and Charles Richardson; and sister, Elizabeth Richardson Turner.

    Pallbearers will be Dr. Rodney Richardson, Dr. David Richardson, The Honorable Samac Richardson, Dr. Jerry Turner, Dr. Roger Easom, Joe Dollar, and Ralph Freeman.

    Visitation will be today from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. at Stephens Funeral Home in Union, and Monday one hour prior to services at the church.
