BUTLER, Ala. – Funeral services for Robert E. Haney will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Shady Grove Holiness Church with Sis. Mae Jewel Moore and Rev. Joseph Futral officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Bumpers Funeral Home of Butler in charge of arrangements.

    Mr. Haney, 60, of Meridian, retired Civil Service from NAS Meridian, died Sunday, Jan. 24, 2010.

    He is survived by his beloved wife, companion, friend, Rita Harris; stepson, Kenneth Owen Garrett (Kim); step granddaughter, Brianna Garrett; three brothers; and three sisters.

    Visitation will be Friday, one hour prior to services at the church.
