PHILADELPHIA – Services for Larue Stone will be held today at 11 a.m. from McClain-Hays Chapel with Revs. Tim Horton and Chris Vowell officiating. Burial will follow in Mars Hill Cemetery in Winston County.

Mrs. Stone, 80, died Monday, Jan. 11, 2010, at Neshoba County Nursing Home.

Survivors include daughters, Margaret Gilmer of Noxapater and Sheila Danner of Brandon; sons, Dan Stone of Philadelphia, Carl Stone of Louisville, Chad Stone of Philadelphia and Steve Parker of Noxapater; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a brother, Orville Deweese of Gideon, Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arden Stone.
