BUTLER, Ala. – Services for Barton H. Mantell, were held Monday, Jan. 11, 2010, from the Chapel of Bumpers Funeral Home, with the Rev. Robert Willman officiating. Burial followed in the Corinth Cemetery in Ararat. Mr. Mantell, 78, of Mobile, died Saturday, Jan. 9, 2010, at his residence. He was a U.S. Army Korean War Veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Gracie Sellers Mantell of Mobile; a daughter, Rita M. Clanahan and her husband, Travis, of Mobile and Choctaw County; and a brother, Wynton H. Mantell of Friendswood, Texas.
