Services for Eddie O. “Fast” Terry will be held Wednesday at 12 p.m. at Macedonia United Methodist Church in Philadelphia with the Rev. Benny Pollock officiating. Burial will be in Long Cemetery in Philadelphia with E. E. McDonald Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Terry, 51, of Philadelphia, died Thursday, June 25, 2009, at Choctaw Health Center in Philadelphia.

He was preceded in death by his father; and four siblings.

Visitation will be today, from 7 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the funeral home, and Wednesday, one hour prior to services at the church.
