Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center has announced Anthony Rispoli as the hospital’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Rispoli was most recently the CFO at Wilkes Regional Medical Center in North Wilkesboro, N.C., which is managed by Carolinas Healthcare System. While there he was instrumental in improving the hospital’s fiscal performance from a loss of 2.6 percent to a profit of 3.6 percent.

Prior to working in North Carolina, Rispoli did consulting work for Christus Health in Shreveport, La., and for Catholic Health Partners.

Rispoli is a licensed CPA in North Carolina. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Rhode Island College, and his master’s in health administration from the University of Michigan.

“Tony brings a wealth of experience and expertise in financial management and the formulation of successful strategic initiatives to our hospital,” William Casey, president and chief executive officer of Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center said. “We look forward to working with him to maintain and expand Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center’s position as a market leader.”

Rispoli and his wife Nancy, a registered clinical dietitian, are the parents of three children: Fred, an attorney in Phoenix, Adair, a graduate student at the University of North Carolina, and Peter, a sophomore at Northwestern University.
