PHILADELPHIA – Services for Van Larry Stokes will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at McClain Hays Chapel.  Burial will be in Coy Methodist Cemetery in Preston with McClain Hays Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

            Mr. Stokes, 63, of Grenada, died Wednesday, April 1, 2009, at his residence after a long battle with cancer.

            Visitation will be held today, from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
