BUTLER, Ala – Services for L.J. Roberts will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Bumpers Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Stewart Cemetery in Toxey.

Mr. Roberts, 79, of Butler, died Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2009, at his residence. He was born Jan. 4, 1930, in Wimberly.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret Cole Tyson Roberts of Butler; six sons; two daughters; 20 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

There will be no visitation.
