BUTLER, Ala. – Services for Frederick “Freddie” Ruffin were held Sunday at Bumpers Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Martha Wallace officiating. Burial was in Salem Baptist Cemetery.

Mr. Ruffin, 40, of Butler died Thursday, February 12, 2009 in Houma, La.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Whitted Ruffin; three children, Roderick Whitted, Sherry Whitted, and Adrienna Whitted; four siblings, and five grandchildren.
