Volunteer firefighters from Meehan, Suqualena and Lost Gap fought a house fire for two hours that totally consumed a mobile home Friday afternoon located at 8827 Whipperwill Road. When fire units arrived on the scene at about 2:45 p.m. they found the structure engulfed in flames. No one was home at the time of the incident. There was no immediate cause given as to how the fire started.
