A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place today at 2 p.m. at a building that will house the Choctaw Area Council Boy Scouts of America. The ceremony will take place at 4818 North Park Drive off North Hills Street in the old Saxon Building. Everyone is encouraged to attend to welcome the Boy Scouts and their new facility.
