Services for James Boyd will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. Luke Primitive Baptist Church in Porterville, with the Rev. James Barney officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Clark’s Memorial Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Boyd, 73, of Porterville, died Saturday, Jan. 31, 2009, at his home.

Visitation will be Friday, from 7:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m., at the funeral home.
