• Public Drunk – Franklin Davis, 54, 1718 18th Ave.

• Shoplifting, 2nd – Paula Ann Moseley, 39. Address not available.

• Simple Assault – Curtis Houston, 30, 5005 Druid Ln.

• Simple Assault – Roshekia Purnell, 23, 917 42nd Ave.

• Simple Assault – Kendrick Tirrell Willis, 32, 11996 County Rd. R.

• Felony Malicious Mischeif – Sanda Diane Powell, 39, 108 30th Pl.

• Domestic Violence – Ronny R. Carlisle, 26, 1617 13th Ave.

• Disorderly Conduct – Catherine J. Taylor, 34, 2464 Confederate Dr. Taylor was also charged with Domestic Violence.

• Disorderly Conduct – LeQuitta Barnes, 18, 200 23rd. St.

• Public Drunk – Janet Leigh Mathis, 54, 7582 Hwy. 145 N.



Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department



The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 2 p.m. Thursday and 2 p.m. Friday.

• Contempt of Court – Justin Todd Hughes, 27, 2816 17th St.

• Telephone Harassment – Peggy Jo Campbell, 56, 8921 Pine Springs Rd.

• Contempt of Court, 2 counts – Phyllis Denise Bolden, 36, 3502 42nd St. Bolden was also charged with Driving While License Suspended.

• Animal Cruelty, Kill or Injure – Randy P. Daniels, 52, 4855 Zero Rd. Daniels was also charged with trespassing.

• Contempt of Court, 2 counts – Brandy Necole Holley, 31, 8025 Old. 8th. St. Rd.
