Eddie Loi and Gay Wan work behind the sushi bar at Meridian’s new Japanese restaurant, Sake Sushi, which opened to a large crowd at Meridian Crossroads Saturday. The restaurant has a full service fresh sushi bar and six hibachi tables. Along with sushi and hibachi, Sake Sushi offers Japanese favorites like tempura, teriyaki, sake, and miso soup. They also have a room to accommodate private parties and they welcome to-go orders.
