Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 4 p.m. Wednesday and 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

• Contempt of court two counts — Joseph D. Hull, 33, 3800 Newell Road. Hull is also charged with stalking and trespassing.

• Burglary of dwelling house — Randy E. Tillman, 21, 3808 37th St. Tillman is also charged with three counts of contempt of court.

• Driving under the influence (DUI) first offense — Jeremy Dewayne Odom, 21, 2174 Campground Road, Lauderdale. Odom is also charged with contempt of court.

• Failure to pay child support — Steven Dewayne Harris, 39, 9085 Pine Springs Road

• Sale of marijuana less than one ounce — Derrick Javon Rush, 30, 2015 18th St.

• Kidnapping two counts — Tadarryl Roderick Rew, 27, 200 23rd St. Rew is also charged with burglary of dwelling house, simple assault, simple assault by threat and felon in possession of weapon.

• DUI first offense — Cesar Delgado Ramirez, 29, Camp Ground Trailer

• Possession of cocaine — Christopher Eugene Akins, 30, 1013 13th St. Akins is also charged with probation violation.

• Possession of marijuana over one ounce — Thomas William Boswell, 47, 3332 A James Stodard Road
