PHILADELPHIA — Services for Audrey Lois Sam will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Theresa Catholic Church with the Rev. Bob Goodyear officiating. Burial will be in Phillips Cemetery. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Sam, 53, of Choctaw, died Tuesday, May 20, 2008, at Choctaw Health Center.

Survivors include her son, Jona Phillips; one sister and two brothers.
