Services for Jessie “Cat” Thedford will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, with the Rev. Willie Ray Clark officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery in Lauderdale with E.E. McDonald Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Thedford, 71, of Detroit, Mich., formerly of Lauderdale, died Sunday, May 4, 2008, at his home.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be Monday, from 7 p.m.-8 p.m., at the funeral home.
