• Emile Ulysses Collins, 38, and Mary Ruth McDougal, 56

• Chad Orlando Boyd, 31, and Victoria Lynn Burrage, 22

• Benjamin Edward Davidson, 25, and April Lynn Harper, 23

• Keyes Boswell Kennard, 26, and Jennifer Lashelle Huggins, 22



Applicants seeking a marriage license must first obtain a blood test and file for the license within 30 days of the blood test. Applicants also must produce a form of identification, parental consent if under age 21 and $22 before a marriage license will be issued. Licenses issued in Mississippi can only be used in Mississippi.
