The Meridian Police Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 4 p.m. Wednesday and 4 p.m. Thursday.
• Possession of marijuana less than one ounce — Richard Williams, 42, 1221 Andrew Jackson Road, Alexandria, La.
• Driving under the influence (DUI) second offense — Dennis Steven Stricklin, 55, 7218 Rime Village Drive, Hoover, Ala.

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 4 p.m. Wednesday and 4 p.m. Thursday.
• Sale of cocaine — Shemond Rayshaw Wallace, 26, 335 A Green Hill Road, Toomsuba. Wallace is also charged with five counts of Contempt of Court.
• Failure to pay child support — James Tarail Scott, 33, 214 A Knox Road
• Contempt of court — Linda K. Harrison, 41, 3010 Ninth Street
• Probation violation — Purvis Donald Grantham, 44, 1513 Highway 19 South, Philadelphia
• Disturbing the peace — Dary Keith McCoy, 46, 673 Conehatta St., Marion
