Where this is located: 3700 7th St. This house — which also was a neighborhood grocery — recently became unoccupied. Although gated, the house is overgrown with grass and bushes, and also has abandoned cars in the back and other debris.

According to Meridian Billing Official Mary Ruth Sharp: “We were under the impression the house was occupied. We have not received complaints or calls about it until now. We’ll check into this.”
