Prince, Frazier

John Prince and Shawn Lackey of Tupelo announce the engagement of their daughter, Wendy Prince, to Glen “Chip” Frazier, son of Cliff and Carolyn Jenkins of Meridian. Mr. Frazier is also the son of the late Glynn Allen Frazier.
The wedding will be held Saturday, June 2, 2007, at 1 p.m. at Chapel of Memories on the campus of Mississippi State University, Starkville.
Miss Prince is the granddaughter of Dr. and Mrs. Julian D. Prince Sr. of Tupelo and Bonnie Evans of Vicksburg and the late Robert Evans and Rita Evans of Vicksburg.
The bride-elect will receive a bachelor’s degree in secondary education with an emphasis in social studies from MSU this month. She is a graduate of Tupelo High School.
While attending MSU, she is a member of Phi Kappa Phi, Kappa Delta Pi, MSU Intramural, Campus Crusade for Christ and is on the staff of the Reveille.
Mr. Frazier is the grandson of Mary Boles of Meridian and the late Larkin Boles and the late Laverne and Carrie Frazier of Frazier Grove and the late Leroy and Alice Jenkins of Meridian.
The bridegroom-elect will receive a master’s degree in teaching and coaching from Mississippi State University this month. He received a bachelor’s degree in physical education from MSU and is a graduate of Clarkdale Attendance Center.
While attending MSU, he is a member of the Student Association, Kappa Delta Pi, Campus Crusade for Christ and MSU Intramural.
Mr. Frazier is employed by Armstrong Middle School as a seventh grade math teacher.
A reception will be held at Waverly Plantation in West Point following the ceremony.
