• Burglary of dwelling — Ronald Evans, 19, 1713 28th Ave.

• Domestic violence, simple assault — Shawn Robinson, 26, 3180 Alpine Way

• Disorderly conduct, failure to obey law enforcement — Tony Ruttley, 26, 3901 33rd Ave. Ruttley is also charged with probation violation and fugitive from justice

• Trespassing — Betty Lewis, 43, 518 Box 197, Carthage

• Driving Under the Influence Second offense (DUI) — Randy Parks, 36, 7691 Pine Springs Road. Parks is also charged with no insurance card in vehicle, suspended drivers license, disorderly conduct, failure to obey law enforcement and noise ordinance violation

• DUI first offense — Victoria Lewis, 22, 3921 25th Ave.

• Contempt of court — Tryvone Young, 25, 1904 19th St. Young is also charged with resisting arrest, possession of marijuana, suspended drivers license, no insurance card in vehicle, disobey traffic device, failure to yield to blue lights and siren, seat belt violation and false ID information

• Contempt of court — Willie Gordon, 60, 606 58th Ave.

• Contempt of court — Bruce Harris, 22, 1522 13th Ave.

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 4 p.m. Saturday and 3:26 p.m. Monday.

• Possession of marijuana in vehicle — Jeffery Murrell, 37, 3300 Davis St.

• Home repair fraud — Stephen Shirley, 47, 188 Mt. Horeb

• Felony DUI — Terry Hatch, 46, Rt. 1 Box 232 Porterville. Hatch is also charged with no insurance card in vehicle, suspended drivers license due to DUI, failure to dim headlights.

• Possession of cocaine — Archie Daniels, 27, 2116 Eighth Ave.

• DUI first offense — Victoria Lewis, 22, 3921 25th Ave.

• DUI first offense — Arturo Cornado-Banda, 32, 2338 Pearl St., Detroit. Banda is also charged with no drivers license and careless driving.

• Failure to register as a sex offender — Paul Selensky, 23, 5358 Eighth St.

• Disturbance of a family — Daniel Kilgore, 28, 1967 Good Hope Knox Road, Toomsuba. Kilgore is also charged with contributing to the delinquency of minor.

• Home repair fraud — Carl Bickham, 26, 5360 16th Ave.

• Probation violation — Nathan Donovan, 23, 233 Keene Road, Lynnville, Tenn.
