The Meridian Police Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 4 p.m. Saturday and 2:14 p.m. Monday.
• Kidnapping — Marlin Randle, 27, 1801 24th St. Apt. R-2
• Contempt of court — Kenneth E. McNeil, 43, 6505 Ninth St.
Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department
The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 4 p.m. Saturday and 2:14 p.m. Monday.
• Public drunk — Kelvin Taylor, 38, 1008 Martin Luther King Drive
• Driving Under the Influence (DUI) first offense — Tawny Minella, 25, 746 County Road 283, Quitman. Minella is also charged with seat belt violation and careless driving.
• DUI first offense — Lawrence Shepard, 20, 3311 CR 450, Quitman. Shepard is also charged with careless driving
• DUI first offense — Samantha Arrington, 37, 4319 Fifth St. Arrington is also charged with no insurance card in vehicle, improper equipment, and exhibit weapon
• DUI Second offense — Timothy Williams, 23, 6203 Spruce St. Williams is also charged with careless driving, seat belt violation, and suspended drivers license
• Felony bad check — Lynette Farmer, 45, 1863 Will Brown Road, Conehatta
• Contempt of court — Elvis Pollard, 23, Rt. 1, Box 176 B
• Public drunk — Luther Lewis, 52, 4605 Hooper St. Lewis is also charged with shoplifting.
• Contempt of court — Ludrick Cameron, 25, 739 CR 415, Quitman. Cameron is also charged with suspended drivers license.
• DUI first offense — Thad Johnson, 23, 3660 Virra Drive, Dalewood
• Contempt of court — Julio Sanchez, 24, 3742 37th Ave., Tuscaloosa, Ala.
• DUI first offense — Wilfred Graham, 40, 328 Capital Road, Lisman, Ala. Graham is also charged with no license tag, no insurance card in vehicle and careless driving.
• DUI second offense — Orlester Naylor, 44, 4305 Leroy Naylor Road, Lauderdale. Naylor is also charged with running stop sign and seat belt violation
• Contempt of court — Antonio Walker, 26, 6606 Confederate Drive, Marion
• DUI first offense — Michael Lawson, 33, 4389 C Blue Top Road. Lawson is also charged with careless driving.
• Probation Violation — Jeremy Burgess, 23, 1801 28th Ave.
• Possession of cocaine — Patrick Rollins, 21, 5243 Shiloh Vimville. Rollins is also charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, failure to obey law officer.
• Possession of cocaine — Chandler Speed, 20, 2653 Russell Mt. Gilead Road. Speed is also charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, failure to obey law enforcement.
• Sale of controlled substance — Jamie Pratt, 50, 2724 41st Ave.
• Probation violation — Thomas Hairston, 46, 1719 32nd Ave.
• Aggravated assault — Raylandus Lynch, 34, 2432 41st Ave.
• Embezzlement — James Brewer, 32, 3803 Mahoina Way, Arlington, Texas

Robbery
A man reported on Friday night that he was robbed by threat of force in the 3000 block of Valley, by a man and woman who flagged him down as he was driving. The victim was unharmed, the suspects fled on foot and no description is available.
